By using Scroll Vault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service
Scroll Vault is a private personal vault for saving links, notes, images, and quotes. It is a single-user personal tool, not a public platform.

3. User Accounts
You must be 13 or older to use this app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact info@scrollvault.app immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content
You own all content you save. You are solely responsible for everything you upload or store. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to operate the Service.

5. Prohibited Content
You may not store content that is illegal, infringes copyright, violates anyone's privacy, or constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Violations will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement where required.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scroll Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
